Z-Tuff PTFE fabrics offer superior resistance to chemicals, abrasion, moisture, and heat and are commonly used as the outer layer of insulation blankets to protect from moisture and the outdoor environment. The coating is smooth, non-reactive to most chemicals, and commonly known by the brand name Teflon®.
The Z-Tuff PTFE coating can withstand operating temperatures up to 600°F (315°C).
