3M™ Nextel™ heat-resistant sleeves are made from Continuous Filament Ceramic Oxide Fibers, ensuring exceptional thermal, mechanical, and electrical performance. They offer thermal and electrical insulation, as well as flame resistance, and maintain their properties at high temperatures. Newtex distributes 3M™ Nextel™ Sleeving AS-40 woven from Nextel 312 and BS-40 woven from Nextel 440, providing enhanced strength and thermal resistance. Various diameters are available, ranging from 0.062” to 2.5”, and some versions come in Heat Cleaned and Heat Treated options. Newtex is also an authorized distributor of 3M™ Nextel™ Fabrics, Tapes, Threads, and Yarns.
