Zetex® texturized high-temperature fabrics, created through Newtex's unique texturization process, offer superior insulation and can endure temperatures up to 1000°F / 540°C continuously and 1300°F / 700°C at peak. They come in premium (A-series) and industrial (C-series) grades, with the former providing strength and abrasion resistance and the latter offering cost-effective insulation.
Available in various colors for aesthetic and identification purposes, these fabrics can be treated for enhanced cutting, sewing ease, reduced fibers, and moisture resistance. Key treatments include acrylic, oil, and water resistance, and heat cleaning. Selected Zetex® styles are UL approved and meet NFPA 701 standards, ensuring quality and safety. Zetex® products, including Steel™ wire fabrics and Z-Fil™ Fiberglass Cloths, are woven in the USA at Newtex's High Point, North Carolina facility.
