Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• The safe operation of all equipment and machinery associated with the job requirements

• Machine set-ups and adjustments as needed

• Perform in-process inspections to ensure high-quality product

• Move and transport materials associated with the job using various material handling equipment

• Perform housekeeping as needed to maintain the equipment and a clean, organized, safe work area

• Completion of all required paperwork

• Follow directions and procedures with minimum supervision

• To perform any other reasonable request

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak Basic English

• Basic math skills with the ability to use a calculator

Computer Skills

• The ability to perform basic data entry may be required

Certificate and License

• Fork lift truck certification may be required 

Physical Demands

• While performing the duties of the job the employee is required to stand, walk and be able to sustain good mobility for the duration of the shift

• Periodic bending and climbing may be required

• The employee is regularly required to lift, push and/or pull up to 50 lbs

Work Environment

• While performing the duties of the job the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical products and airborne fiberglass particles

• The noise level in the environment is loud

• Items of appropriate personal protective equipment will be required
